NexusSentry v1.0.12-beta

Quick Start

  1. Download NexusSentry-v1.0.12-beta-win-x64.zip below
  2. Extract to a folder (e.g., C:\NexusSentry)
  3. Run NexusSentry.exe
  4. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info > Run anyway
  5. Open browser to http://localhost:5000
  6. Activate your license key when prompted
  7. Log in with: admin@nexussentry.com / Admin@123
  8. Change the default password via Settings > User Management

See README.txt inside the zip for detailed instructions, troubleshooting, backup procedures, and upgrade steps.

Updating from a Previous Version

  1. Stop NexusSentry if running
  2. Back up nexussentry.db and the Uploads/ folder
  3. Extract the new zip to the same folder (overwrite)
  4. Start NexusSentry.exe — database migrations apply automatically

What's Included

  • Self-contained Windows executable (no .NET installation required)
  • SQLite database (created automatically on first run)

System Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • 4GB RAM minimum
  • 500MB free disk space
  • Ports 5000 (HTTP) and 5001 (HTTPS) available

For MAC OS:

  1. Unzip the folder
  2. Open Terminal, navigate to the folder: 
    cd ~/Downloads/NexusSentry-macOS-arm64  # or wherever it is unzipped.
  3. Remove quarantine (macOS blocks unsigned apps): 
    xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine .
  4. Make executable: 
    chmod +x NexusSentry
  5. Run: 
    ./NexusSentry
  6. Open browser to http://localhost:5000

Changelog:
Fix calendar sync for scheduled work orders and null reference in ServiceAgreementForm
Work orders created from quotes/proposals now properly create calendar events
when scheduled later via edit. Also updates/removes calendar events when schedule
changes. Fixes NullReferenceException in ServiceAgreementForm when premium gate
blocks rendering.

Add work order delete confirmation and permanent license deletion
Work order list delete button now shows a confirmation modal instead of
navigating to a non-existent route. Added permanent delete for licenses
across LicenseAPI (DELETE endpoint), LicenseAdminApp (UI with type-DELETE
confirmation modal), and LicenseApiClient.
